Frederic I. Weinberg, Esquire is the firm’s sole shareholder as of May 9, 2014. Mr. Weinberg supervises the firm’s Creditor’s Rights practice and litigates the firm’s major personal injury and complex litigation cases. He has litigated multiple seven figure cases.
Mr. Weinberg is a graduate of the National Law Center at the George Washington University School of Law, class of 1984, after graduating Summa Cum Laude and number one in his major from LaSalle College (now LaSalle University). He also studied as a visiting student during his third year of law school at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Law. Mr. Weinberg is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Colorado, the three states where the firm practices.
As an experienced Creditor’s Rights attorney, Mr. Weinberg is an active member of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA), the International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC), the Commercial Collection Agencies of America (CCAofA), the Receivables Management Association (RMA) and the Pennsylvania Creditors Bar Association. Mr. Weinberg was recently the president elect of the CLLA, after serving on the Board of Governors and as the chair of the Eastern Region. Mr. Weinberg also serves on the Government Affairs Committee of NARCA. He has also been a speaker at CLLA and IACC conferences, as well as the World Collection Summit.
Mr. Weinberg is also an experienced trial lawyer, having litigated numerous seven figure and high six figure cases in the areas of medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls and products liability matters. Some of the severe injuries suffered by our clients, requiring both legal and medical expertise from our team of medical experts include traumatic brain injury, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, quadriplegia/quadriparesis, paraplegia/paraparesis, disc herniations and other musculoskeletal injuries. Mr. Weinberg has been a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association as well as the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
